When you create an account, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, and authentication details. When you use Seyu, we store the prompts and other content you submit, the realms generated from them, and your project settings.
We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, and device information. This helps us understand how the product is used and where it breaks.
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prompts or generated realms for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run getseyu: hosting and content delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI model providers that process your prompts to generate realms. These providers receive only the data they need to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments and our agreements with them.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data and projects for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it longer, for example for tax or accounting purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, in particular under the GDPR if you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 6. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies, and there is no cookie banner because none is needed. The only cookies we set are strictly necessary ones during sign-in, to complete secure authentication, and they are never used to follow you around the web. Your browser additionally keeps a few simple preferences in local storage, such as whether you have already seen our intro animation. None of this identifies you or leaves your device except as needed to keep you signed in.
7. Data Security
All traffic to and from getseyu is encrypted in transit. Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers and access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
8. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children's Privacy
getseyu is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
