1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using getseyu, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" refers to the company.
2. The Service
getseyu is an AI-powered service that turns the descriptions you provide into immersive realms: interactive web experiences that you can preview, refine, and ship. The service is under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use getseyu to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful, including malware or phishing pages
- Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent the origin of a realm
- Probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own offering without our written consent
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your Content and Generated Realms
You keep all rights to the prompts, text, images, and other content you submit. You grant us the license we need to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.
Subject to these terms and your plan, the realms generated for you are yours to use, publish, and commercialize. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you provide and the realms you publish do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The getseyu platform, including its software, design, brand, and underlying technology, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond what is needed to use the service.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing realms before publishing them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before they take effect. Continuing to use getseyu after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
